Hazel had an Easter egg hunt at school this week. Every child was told to bring 12 plastic candy filled eggs. They are very careful and specific to remind the parents not to bring any candy that has peanut butter or nuts (which every chocolate candy has) because of allergy concerns. So I filled Hazels eggs with a sticker and a little animal toy, no candy. When I picked her up we were going through her eggs and I found two that had bubble gum in them and one that had a large JAW BREAKER! I don't know about others, but Hazel doesn't "chew" gum. And please tell me that people don't allow their two year olds to have jaw breakers?
I made this ridiculous Easter basket for her with left over ruffles from another project. Anyone who knows me might be shocked at how girly it is.....I'm coming around. ;)
