CrossFit Accident

Below is a video of a proper clean and jerk...notice that his technique does not include hitting your nose with the bar and getting 5 stitches.

i'm not shocked. not that you're accident prone. that you'd attempt this sort of lifting at all.

That is a ridiculous workout. But I think my 4 "grappas" (AKA staples) might beat your 5 stiches. But yours are on your face... hmm. :)
